Salient features
- Motorized material transfer wagon is meant for transferring material from one bay (shop) to another, Wagon moves on Indian standard rail section grouted in ground. Salient features of the Transfer Wagon are as follows:
- Transfer wagon has two drive wheels and two idler wheels. Power through both drive wheels has separate gear boxes and motors. Both motors are synchronized through variable frequency drive. Depending upon the load bearing capacity of transfer wagon, number of drive wheels and idler wheels are provided.
- Hand pendant is provided to move wagon to and fro.
- Spring buffers and limit switches are given as safety measures.
- Material transfer wagons are manufactured with load carrying capacities from 15MT to 500 MT capacities as per customer's requirement.
Roller Conveyor
- Roller conveyor is used to transfer raw material or finished goods from one end to another, The specifications like distance and load carrying capacity are supplied by the client.
Monorall Trolley
- The monorail trolley is used where there is shortage of space and material movement upto 5MT capacity is required.
