Glass Blowing Lathe & Ring Chuck – Work Holding Tecknics

Two types of Glass bloing lathes are manufactures:
a) Floor type or Bench Type
b)Single Chuck or Double Chuck
Lathe bed is Graded casting stress relieved and machined.
Burner mounted on saddle and the Tail end Headstock slides on the ground guides of Lathe bed.
Spindle drive is achieved from motor to spindle through Gear box, Sprocket and Chain mechanism.
Longitudinal movement of Saddle and Tail end Headstock is achieved through Rack and Pinion arrangement. Movement is Manual.
Tail end head stock gets its spindle drive through spline shaft and spline bush arrangement provided on the back side of Lathe.
Spindle drive is achieved from motor to spindle through V belt pulley arrangement and from Gear box to Spindle through Sprocket and Chain mechanism.
Tail end head stock spindle drive can be disengaged through the manual clutch provided.
Both the headstocks has provision for Internal Air blowing.

LM RODS and Ball busing can be provided for smooth movement od Burner carriage and Tail end Head sock.
Spline Shaft and Spline bush arrangement for spindle drive transfer to Tail end Headstock.
Variable frequency drive for Varying the spindle speed infinitely whin the specified range.
Pneumatic chuck instead of Manual Ring type chuck.
Machine can be equiped for working on 415 V 3Phase power or 220V single phase power or DC power.
